I was looking for suitable, fun hotel for me and my grandchildren as a stop over stay before travelling on the next day. I was impressed by the kids activities offered and felt it was a great opportunity for them to have lots of evening fun. The hotel is beautiful and staff are helpful but, it stopped there. At 6/7pm, everything stopped and there is absolutely nothing for children to do.
Very busy hotel with lots of families, kids sitting around on phones to pass the time. So disappointed, closure time for entertainment should be highlighted instead, when I looked on hotel web page, in small print it says email them for times. Expedia should support customers.
I took the kids to fun house the next day at 10am, opening time. They'd been tired so I let them sleep meaning they missed breakfast, ok as I'd buy them something; I asked the staff what they had to eat, nothing until 12noon. Then asked to book in to play zone, after paying £13 I was told one couldn't get on as trouser only. Had to ask for a refund as no trousers, only shorts. I was told I couldn't get a refund. So disappointed in the experience. Surely again, they should advertise day entertainment for kids only. Also hotel stops serving food at 8.30pm,
